POLICY STATEMENT

MacCreations attempts to keep all products in stock, but from time to time we do have to place some items on Back-Order. This is most common in our clothing line section and we will contact you ASAP and inform you of the delay. When placing an order, please be aware that it is possible that your item may be out of stock and it could take a week (sometimes longer) to receive your order if we need to order items from Scotland. If you must have an item by a specific date, please indicate in the message /comment box when you place your on-line order. If this is a wedding or birthday gift and needs to be in your location by a special date Please let us know.  We will do our very best to accommodate this request and will notify you if there is any delay.
